Rent Our Beautiful Prairie Rose Chapel

Prairie Rose Chapel

The Prairie Rose Chapel is located right next to the zoo and carousel. Rentals are by reservation only. It's available to be rented out for weddings, renewal ceremonies and special gatherings!

The small church houses 10 pews to seat about 40 people. There's a piano and organ and it's handicap accessible. The church has a sound system, heat and air conditioning, and two separate entrances. It's climate-controlled year-round. Due to its delightfully petite size, the Prairie Rose Chapel doesn't have bathrooms. In the spring and summer, campground bathrooms are available.

The chapel may be reserved two years in advance. Payment is required to reserve the chapel on specific dates. Renters must clean the chapel immediately following their event. No tape or wire can be used on pew bench memorial plaques. Any damage will be charged to the renter. No candles allowed except a unity candle for weddings. No alcohol, food or beverages allowed. Call for fees.

To reserve the Prairie Rose Chapel, please call Chahinkapa Zoo at (701) 642-8709.
